The Township of Upper Deerfield has awarded a contract without competitive bidding as an extraordinary, unspecifiable service pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(ii). The contract and the resolution authorizing it are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the municipal clerk.
